- The prices are indicated per a room and per one night and they include the local charges and fees, the VAT and an abundant breakfast in the form of a buffet.
- Prices do not include accommodation fee 1,5 € / 1 adult person / 1 night.
- The prices of accommodation do not include the consumption from minibars, the telephone account and the ordered supplementary services.
- Breakfast is served during the week (MON – FRI) 6:30–9:00 and on weekends (SAT, SUN, holidays) 7:00-10:00.
- CHECK-IN from 2pm, CHECK-OUT to 11am
- Prices may be increased on selected dates.

Cancellation conditions for groups
- 1 day before arrival – 100% total amount of reservation
- 2 days before arrival – 75% total amount of reservation
- 7 days before arrival – 50% total amount of reservation
- 14 days before arrival - 25% total amount of reseravtion
- 15 days and more before arrival – 0% total amount of reservation
